I just got my W-2 today, and I can’t wait to see how much money I’m getting back this year. At least I hope I’m getting money back this year. I did a lot of extra work tutoring, but at least they took the taxes out. And, my oldest son is no longer eligible for one of the credits. Still, with my modest teacher’s salary and claiming head of household status, I ought to get something. Whatever it is will put me just that much closer to my goal of having a down payment for a house! Every little bit, you know?
